Euthlastoblatta & Neostylopyga Pics

My Euthlastoblatta diaphana colony has exploded, and they are truly thriving for me in their current setup. 😁 I decided to take the opportunity to snap some photos of them while they were eating a couple weeks ago, so here are some nice group pics of them!

Such a pretty, underrated species in the hobby, really hope these become a bit more popular in the US soon! 🤞 😄

My next generation of Neostylopyga rhombifolia has started maturing, and several of the adults from last generation are still alive and well! 😂 This strain is unstoppable LOL, definitely a very hardy line! 😊

Interestingly, I found a "High Black" female in my colony, with unusually high amounts of very dark, jet black markings, and barely any white/cream colored markings at all... Here are some pictures of her compared to an older "Normal" female:

Very interesting, I'm tempted to isolate this "Goth" female to try and get a true breeding, dark strain of this species going... 🤔 We'll see if I still feel like it next time I get around to doing maintenance on them. 🤷‍♂️😂

Anyways, that does it for this post, thanks for reading, hope everyone enjoyed, stay safe, and I'll see you all next time! 😉
