Egyptian sand roach adult male!

One of my Polyphaga aegyptiaca nymphs matured into an adult male! Another one of them is a subadult female, or pretty close to that, so I'll soon have an adult pair! My male has an unusual white area on his wings, and it does not seem to be because he is freshly molted. Here are some pics!





The wings on this guy look quite primitive, to me it's like taking a look into a long forgotten age when humans didn't even exist, when bugs ruled the earth. After all, roaches have been around since before the dinosaurs, and probably will still be here when we are gone. Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed this post! :)
